We can also suggest external certification bodies for the certification work, and maintain the ISO9001 QMS for the company.

No. Quanna can help you to get ready to be ISO 9001 certified by approved 3rd parties like Bureau Veritas. We can also execute internal audit program and maintain the external certification. We can basically run your certification program on your behalf.

Yes. We can help to do full testing and certification plan to assess needed work (time and cost) to enable other markets access. We can help to select right partners to execute the needed testing and certification work to hit the markets on needed time with the least amount of money.

Yes. Quanna can build the whole E2E quality program, or assist just with the defined pieces of it. We can create Maturity Statements per builds or testing phases to make sure what is needed to get to the wanted Quality level by Sales Start time.

Yes. We do both Manufacturing Process Audits (MPA) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) audits at factories. We also do Risk Assessments of possible new supplier factories to assess the risks of using that partner. During MPA audit, we typically spend 2 days at the factory, of which most of the time on the shop floor. If there are e.g. cosmetic quality issues reported, all cells in the line will be inspected to find out the cells where the damage could be happening. All audits will have formal audit reports written with improvement possibilities and / or requirements.

Yes. We have standard manufacturing and CSR requirements within Quanna, but we can use also customer’s own requirements for the audit.
